We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the thorough and excellent Work completed on our home by your company. When we experienced a middle-of-the-night flood on the second story of our house, we couldn"t imagine how we would tackle such an enormous project. Thankfully, Mercury Insurance recommended your company as one of their preferred companies. Now that our disaster cleanup and reconstruction have been completed, we have first- hand knowledge of why your company is "preferred".
Our experience with every member of your team was very positive. From the moment we placed our "after-hours" call for disaster cleanup to the final changes on our project, we were treated with great courtesy and professionalism. After meeting Paul KiehI, estimator, and researching your company, we felt that you could be trusted to do the job to our satisfaction. We were impressed by the quality of work completed by all of your workers: water clean up crew, drywallers, painters, tile installers, and carpet Installers. Your workers were prompt, courteous, and considerate. When questions during the project arose, they were answered in a timely, complete manner. We are so thrilled to have our home back together Please express our gratitude to all of your employees who helped on this project especially Paul, Mark, lsidro, Joe, Kern, Ann, Monique, Jose, Felipe, Ben, Tim, Roger, Tino, and the tile and carpet installers.

2 weeks ago. I was finally able to invite my family over to my house for Sunday dinner, boa first time homebuyer, I never even had a house where my whole family could fit comfortably end it was the first time I was able to cook for everyone. I was barely living In my house for 2 months before the problem with the corrugated pipe and valve under my first floor bathroom sink ended up flooding my first floor,
it was 2 days before Christmas, and I had Just arrived home from work and planned to spend the next week on vacation. I was planning to go out and do some last minute shopping so that I could start baking for Christmas, I was also inviting my family over for a Christmas dinner 2 days later. Well, instead I ended up dealing with a flooded floor, and I was so nervous I did not know what to do. I ended up contacting Inland Tri Tech for emergency services, and by accident called my home insurance, when meant to tail the home warranty. So the mistake ended up being a blessing in disguise.I had no experience with dealing with either an insurance or home restoration company. In fact, when i spoke to co-worker at my job who had a similar flood in his house, he told me he had a horrible time with the restoration company, and had to stay in a hotel for about 6 months. I was fortunate to have gotten help through Inland Tri Tech. Consider that just a couple months before I moved, my brother passed away, I was planning on him live with me. Then the same weekend that I moved, in fact the day after I was officially moved in, my parents had a car accident down the street end my mother was hospitalized. Both of my parents ended up being OK, but were very shook up. So when not even 2 months pass, and my house flooded I was shaken up myself. I could only pray, but I was Just very nervous end wondering If I had made a mistake moving to the house.
Their knowledgeable, professorial end friendly staff walked me through the process, and restored my house within a few months, My family end friends even commented that I am lucky that I found a good company to handle my home restoration, I heard a lot of nightmare stories about contractor companies and scams, so I Just tried to be observant. I am finally getting a chance to relax and enjoy my first home. I will also consider hiring Inland Tri Tech for other contractor work, once I figure out what I plan to do and work out my budget.
Thank You,,
